Mr. Evans joined CCG in 2017 and is a seasoned business development executive who has provided more than 25 years of direct automotive refinish and distribution sales and strategic account management experience to the automotive sector. During his tenure with BASF Corporation, Evans’s responsibilities encompassed identifying and solidifying new business and managing strategic accounts ― including large MSOs and key distribution channels across the Western U.S. and Canada. Proving a deep understanding of the Affiliate value channels since CCG inception, Marty is responsible for membership growth and is a graduate of Ashford University.
Michelle Sullivan joined CCG in February and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the collision repair industry. With a distinguished career spanning 30 years, she has successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives, fostered innovation, and achieved significant growth. She has built high-performing teams that create value for their customers and partners. Most recently, Michelle was the U.S. sales director, East, for AkzoNobel. Previously, she held senior leadership positions in the PBE distribution segment.
Michelle is passionate about leaving the collision repair industry better than she found it through delivering value, leadership and involvement with numerous industry organizations. She has been a member of the Women’s Industry Network since its inception, serving on the Board of Directors for seven years, and is the former chair. In 2016, she was honored with the Most Influential Women award. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. She resides in the Baltimore metro area with her husband, who has four adult children.
Mr. Chase joined CCG in 2019, bringing 20+ years of collision industry and insurance claims management experience. Chris has held senior Claims management positions at Farmers, The Hartford, and Wawanesa, with additional claims executive experience with specialty carriers. Mr. Chase manages infrastructure development, claims performance-based information, SOP design enhancements, and estimate auditing. Chris graduated from National University and obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
Jimmy joined CCG in 2023 with over 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, and Tax while working with various startups in SaaS, technology, and professional service industries. He managed M&A, PE fundraising, loan covenants, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, capitalization tables, and board presentations. He has analyzed and prepared financial and managerial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, adjusted EBITDA bridges, and SaaS metrics. He has managed audits and taxes in domestic and foreign entities while implementing systems and improving processes to increase the accuracy and efficiency of finance and accounting deliverables. He has also scaled up remote finance, accounting, HR, and sales operations teams in global environments. Jimmy is an active CPA and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of University of California, Irvine. He enjoys running, mountain hiking, tennis, and basketball in his spare time.
Liz brings over 20 years of experience from Executive Management of collision repair networks to, most recently, helping launch an electronic repair planning platform for the collision repair industry. She currently serves as the President of the Women’s Industry Network, the goal of which is to elevate, attract, develop, and advance women in the collision repair industry. She is also the Co-Chair of the CIC OEM Industry Relations Committee.
Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to communicate, develop, and execute initiatives that deliver positive results for all stakeholders in the industry. Stein helped launch Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ford, Nissan, Kia, and Hyundai Certifications while at Assured Performance and helped direct various collision industry stakeholders to recognize the importance and validity of OEM Certified Collision Repair Centers. She assisted the team at OEC in launching the electronic repair planning platform RepairLogic and was instrumental in helping them bring the platform to market.
Tony has more than 35 years of collision repair experience and extensive knowledge of OEM’s, sales, collision management and technical training. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop, communicate, and execute initiatives that deliver positive results for the industry. Tony’s experience spans across technical to executive leadership.
His career started with Jaguar Land Rover where he operated in both the US and Canada. An opportunity with Mecedes-Benz led to various leadership roles, where he developed and implemented several programs benefitting Mercedes-Benz dealerships and collision shops across Canada. Tony’s career includes sales leadership roles with dealer co-ops and distribution companies. He has led collision training workshops to A-level and government insurance companies providing in-depth information to both insurers and police accident investigation teams, on new technologies, technical repair solutions and EV.
Ed joined CCG in 2022, bringing over 20 years of collision repair industry experience. During his time with one of the industry’s leading MSOs, Ed led several functional areas, including procurement, acquisition integration, and risk management. Ed also led the organization’s Technical Advisory Council and participated in various organizational projects. Ed now leads all procurement functions for CCG. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Minnesota and have three grown sons. He is a lifelong recreational athlete and continues to enjoy ice hockey, baseball, and kayaking.
Mr. Fahey joined CCG 2018, providing 27 years of industry property and casualty consulting experience, bringing best-in-class solutions to market. With deep domain knowledge, Fahey has developed successful networks and partnerships that yield significant value-added gains to his clients. Fahey previously held executive sales and business development positions with CCC Information Services, Processclaims.com, Wheels Inc., Equian, and Driven Brands. Patrick is a key driver of broad and deep insurance carrier relationships, responsible for ensuring the consistent value they derive from CCG’s differentiated solutions, and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
Mr. Cartwright joined CCG in 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience in both the collision repair and insurance industry. His proven track record in the industry includes redesigning Liberty Mutual’s Total Loss process, leading USAA’s Total Loss Department, and successfully implementing a KPI-driven method for USAA’s STARS Shop Management. Mr. Cartwright also has experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Progressive Insurance. He holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA, and a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, IN, where he played running back. Kevin’s role with CCG is in our Insurance Services Group, helping CCG’s affiliates expand our direct repair footprint.
Thomas Kluba, founder of Top Shop Marketing, set out 15 years ago to build a company focused on creating an impactful marketing program for the independent collision repair industry, with a strong foundation in insurance relationships. Guided by Tom’s strong belief that relationships are the cornerstone of business, he has successfully delivered countless DRP opportunities that have had a profound impact on our members’ success. As Top Shop joins Certified Collision Group, Tom is committed to facilitating a seamless integration and driving ongoing success for both the organization and its valued affiliates.
Katherine Pearce is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. This patriot was stationed in Japan, North Carolina, and Virginia, and she served four honorable years on active duty. While in the service, she participated in the Military Entrepreneur Campaign, where she served as a role model to other service members. Katherine was also a teacher at one of the top-performing schools in Miami-Dade County. Her Baccalaureate of Science in Special Education taught her patience and acceptance, and that knowledge transferred into other roles. Katherine focuses on solutions rather than problems and believes effective communication leads to great professional relationships. She is a wife and a mother.
Georgiana joined CCG in 2019 after two-plus decades with the Pan American Collision Center in California. Georgiana brings a diverse and deep background to her role with CCG. She has touched and led many facets of a large shop, from estimating, production, parts, auditing, compliance, and insurance management. Georgiana is responsible for further developing our ISG performance group by providing simple, actionable solutions that bring value to our affiliates, helping them prosper and grow. She strongly believes success comes from listening to our affiliates and providing clear, simple, and effective solutions to their needs.
Steve joined CCG in 2023 bringing 20 years’ experience within the collision industry. Steve started his career with the 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division in field sales in Chicagoland. While working for 3M, he earned his MBA and was moved to 3M Corporate Headquarters in the Marketing Department. He managed the Adhesive and Abrasive businesses for North America, launching new products in the collision industry while also developing strategic growth plans. In 2016, Steve moved into the National Account Team, managing two of 3M’s largest distribution partners in North America and one of 3M’s Paint Partners.
In 2019, he transitioned to 3M’s Industrial Business, managing 3M’s largest Industrial Supplier. In 2020, Steve was approached with the opportunity to Manage AkzoNobel’s largest distributor in North America. With the movement in the marketplace, a new role was created, managing all the Strategic Partnerships and MSO business for AkzoNobel. Steve now leads the Sales and Development Team for CCG. On the personal side, Steve and his wife, Kristen, live in Minnesota and have four kids. They enjoy their kids’ sports activities, such as Hockey, Baseball, and Golf. They love to spend free time at their Cabin or traveling to new places.
Anthony Kluba has a background in computer science and a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship and business development. After graduating in 2015, he applied his skills as a software engineer in diverse sectors like education and healthcare. In 2020, Anthony joined the family business, Top Shop Marketing, with a fresh perspective and a drive to innovate. Through the development of new tools and streamlined SOPs, Anthony has enabled Top Shop’s small team to effectively manage its network of over 400 affiliates. Anthony looks forward to joining the CCG team and is excited to learn how he can contribute to its continued success.
Jeff joined CCG in 2019 after spending 25 years in the sports television business. He spent much of this time with ESPN, covering major sporting events, feature producing, and studio producing. His last tenure with the Worldwide Leader included an eight-year run producing NASCAR and the Indy 500 Pre-Race Special. In his five years prior to CCG, Jeff was a Sr. Executive Producer with NBC Sports. He is now heading CCG’s marketing efforts and is excited to tell our story. Jeff is a five-time Emmy Award recipient, a husband to the love of his life, and a father of two great kids. After a long amateur hockey career, Jeff remains active in sports as both a volunteer youth coach and an aging player. He is a proud graduate of BGSU and hopes its hockey program returns to its prominence once held in the 70’s and 80’s.
A respected industry veteran, Mr. Cornelius joined CCG in 2016 and provides 40-plus years of APD experience, including design, implementation, and management of national DRP programs. Having held home office positions with Colonial Penn, Hartford, USAA, and Ameriprise, Cornelius’ depth of understanding of DRP network creation and management provides a keen ability to implement CCG network strategies. Bob is responsible for CCG Affiliate services and loyalty initiatives.
Andrew joined CCG in 2019. He brings with him 20+ years of experience in the automotive collision industry. Andrew’s family opened a repair shop in 1951, and he jumped into the business as a young teenager, helping out wherever he could. In 2008, he left the shop to join Travelers Insurance as an auto appraiser. His journey took him through positions as an appraiser, appraisal manager, field trainer, and direct repair program director. His experience with both sides of the business provides CCG Affiliates with a knowledgeable resource to help drive their business. Andrew is responsible for maintaining relationships with current affiliates and being the point of contact for opportunities for success and program loyalty. Andrew resides with his wife in Maryland and is a graduate of Hartwick College. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching basketball.
Casey brings 26 years of experience from the collision repair industry’s distribution and manufacturing segments. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver strong results. Over the last five years, he was a Strategic Accounts Manager for AkzoNobel Vehicle Refinish, where he excelled in driving significant sales growth and leading strategic sales initiatives. Casey is excited to leverage his extensive experience, strong industry relationships, and strategic insights to foster new opportunities and contribute to Certified Collision Group’s contiGroup’sowth and success. Casey lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Christie, of 25 years, and his two adult sons, Payton and Dalton. As a family, they are very active in playing sports, hunting, and fishing and love to watch college football and movies together.
Joe began his career as an estimator at his family’s collision shop in Massachusetts. After graduating from Suffolk University Business School, he moved into real estate development in the residential and commercial space as well as managing their collision center outside of Boston. In 2018, Joe became Chief Operations Director of the family collision business, spread among three regions. During this time, he became Audi, Volvo, Tesla, Honda, and Acura certified and brought on large DRPs and dealership accounts. He also grew the mechanical and towing business while representing the shop for permit and zoning approvals. In 2023, the collision business was acquired by a Northeast consolidator, where Joe stayed on as Operations Director. His passion for helping grow the independent collision business in accounts, employees, and locations is what led him to CCG. Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and son outside of work.
Stan joined CCG in 2020. He brings four decades of experience across various facets of the industry. He spent much of his early years working for national insurance companies, performing many duties across multiple divisions. Stan settled in well as an auto appraisal unit manager, where he was part of the leadership team tasked with overall team performance and training. He transitioned out of the corporate insurance business to become an estimator for a collision repair center in NY, eventually becoming that center’s manager. Stan and his wife met in high school and resided in Apalachin, NY, with a second residence in Venice, FL.
Arica joined CCG in 2024 after working in automotive paint body and equipment sales for the last two years. She brings extensive knowledge of the industry and an ownership mindset. She is a member of the WIN Network and is active in the San Diego community. She enjoys time with her family, fitness, kayaking, and beach activities.
A.K. joined CCG in 2021 after working in the automotive repair industry for the past twenty-four years for Herb’s Paint & Body as the Executive V.P. of Business Development and Marketing. During his time at Herb’s, he saw the company grow from three shops to eight locations while helping increase sales and expanding the name in the industry. At CCG, AK is responsible for identifying and driving CCG affiliate network growth across the Western half of the U.S. and strategic relationship management. AK is a proud Baylor University graduate with a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems. He enjoys playing golf, softball, basketball, tennis, and singing in his spare time.
Cynthia joined CCG in 2021 and brings 20 years of experience in the insurance and collision industries. She likes to learn things from the ground up! Her insurance experience started with Farmers as a switchboard operator and ended at QBE, managing a team of 12. In 2012, she began working in sales/marketing for Collision Centers and spent a lot of time learning processes and workflow in those shops. She enjoys creating relationships and building teams and believes “teamwork makes the dream work.”
Danielle joined CCG in 2022 with 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry. Danielle brings a diverse background to her role with CCG, as she has worked with manufacturers such as Ford and Lexus and in a large shop environment. She has worked in many departments, seeing things from all angles, from sales and service maintenance to estimating, auditing, compliance, and insurance management. She looks forward to helping the affiliates all over the country advance in their knowledge and performance ultimately reaching their individual goals and beyond.
Aimee has over 20 years of experience in the industry working for Pan American. She worked as a parts manager, production assistant, estimator, office manager, and compliance team and has extensive experience in blueprinting, from “Fast- track” to Certified and complex repairs. She is certified by Tesla, Audi, Mercedes, and Honda. She also helps develop SOPs and auditing estimates and has experience creating paths to meet KPIs. She enjoys working in this industry because it’s constantly changing and challenging her to be and do better. Aimee believes in keeping things simple, communicating openly, and doing the right thing.
