Bruce R. Bares — President | CEO
Appointed CCG CEO in 2016, Mr. Bares deep and broad APD experience began in 1975 as a technician in his Father’s WI repair facility.In 1984 Bares joined the insurance industry, and over the following two decades with Colonial Penn, GE and AIG Bruce provided vision and leadership in the areas of regional and home office claims operations, national APD oversight, and technology acquisitions. Bruce eventually returned to the repair segment as President and COO of a leading MSO, and in 2012 founded Certified Collision Centers. Prior to joining CCG, Bruce held a strategic management role with a North American collision consolidator.
Thomas M. Adams — Senior Vice President, Insurance Services | Managing Partner
Mr. Adams is an executive management professional serving insurers, their trading partners and constituents since 1987. Adams continues to consistently excel in accountable business development, national and strategic partnerships management, and marketing strategy. Thomas previously held senior national accounts and business development positions with CCC Information Services, Processclaims.com, OEConnection, and the USAGlass Network. Thomas’ focus continues to be creating and delivering value to the P&C community, as well as key strategic CCG partners. Thomas is a graduate of DePaul University, President of TAGmarketing, and Founder of CCG.
Ernie Laky — Vice President | Procurement Services
Mr. Laky provides more than 30 years of experience in creating, negotiating and growing strategic partnership relationships within the automotive repair industry, and is responsible for the development and management of all key CCG vendor programs. Prior to joining CCG in 2016, Laky was Vice President for North America’s largest collision network for nearly two decades with responsibility for all procurement initiatives, and Standard Motor Products for nearly 14 years where he held in the same capacity.
Bob Cornelius — Vice President | Affiliate Services
A respected industry veteran, Mr. Cornelius joined CCG 2016 and provides 40-plus years of APD experience – including design, implementation and management of national DRP programs. Having held home office positions with Colonial Penn, Hartford, USAA, and Ameriprise, Cornelius’ depth in understanding of DRP network creation and management provides for a keen ability to implement CCG network strategies. Bob is responsible for CCG Affiliate services and loyalty initiatives.
Marty Evans — Vice President | Business Development
Mr. Evans joined CCG in 2017, and is a seasoned business development executive providing more than 25 years of direct automotive refinish and distribution sales and strategic account management experience to the automotive sector. During his tenure with BASF Corporation, Evans responsibilities encompassed identifying and solidifying new business, as well as management of strategic accounts ― including large MSOs and key distribution channels across the Western U.S. and Canada. Proving a deep understanding of the Affiliate value channels since CCG inception, Marty is responsible for membership growth, is a graduate of Ashford University.
Patrick J. Fahey — Vice President | Insurance Services
Mr. Fahey joined CCG in 2018, providing 27 years of industry property and casualty consulting experience, bringing best-in-class solutions to market. With deep domain knowledge, Fahey has developed successful networks and partnerships that yield significant value-added gains to his clients. Fahey previously held executive sales and business development positions with CCC Information Services, Processclaims.com, Wheels Inc., Equian, and Driven Brands. Patrick is a key driver of broad and deep insurance carrier relationships, responsible for ensuring the consistent value they derive from CCG’s differentiated solutions, and a is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
David Ball — Affiliate Services Manager | West
Mr. Ball joined CCG in 2018 with extensive knowledge of the collision industry in business development, personnel and relationship management, sales and marketing — including 14 years of business development management with BASF Corporation, and years of collision center management. David is responsible for Affiliate member service loyalty across the Western U.S., holds a Masters School of Body Shop Management certification, is Mercedes Benz service certified, and is a current Southern New Hampshire University finance candidate.
Angela DeCrow — Manager | Insurance Services
Ms. DeCrow joined CCG in 2018 with a deep understanding of APD and DRP processes, platforms, data analytics, and b2b relationship management. Prior to joining CCG, Ms. DeCrow recently managed a top-five insurer DRP for the entirety of South Florida. Angela’s responsibilities include hunting, nurturing, and managing carrier relationships – as well as national insurance service levels agreement performance. Angela is a graduate of the University of Miami.
Amanda Soper — Manager | Procurement Services
Ms. Soper joined CCG in 2016, and provides more than a decade of national collision network procurement management, vendor program services, trade show coordination, and accounting experience and know how. Amanda is responsible for day-to-day deployment, management, and success of CCG’s procurement services vendor program, and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
Sam Demas — Business Analyst
Mr. Demas migrated to the automotive collision segment and CCG in 2018, from the financial sector. He has been with both capital and banking institutions, specializing in data analysis and client services. Sam is responsible for data and business analysis across each of CCG’s strategic business units, fueling CCG growth initiatives, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
