Tom Matlack — Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Matlack provides CCG and its partners significant operating expertise, including that of former Chief Financial Officer – Providence Journal Company, as well as a deep experience in scaling numerous media and technology businesses as Managing Partner of venture capital firm Megunticook Management. Mr. Matlack’s successes and focus at Megunticook include investing in and coaching CEOs within multiple industries – including SaaS, customer care and intake centers, manufacturing, and large specialty finance organizations. Matlack’s leadership role is designed to both operationally elevate, and navigate, CCG through continued significant growth and value delivery phases. Tom attended Wesleyan University, and is an MBA a graduate of the Yale University School of Management.
Marty Evans — Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Evans joined CCG in 2017, and is a seasoned business development executive providing more than 25 years of direct automotive refinish and distribution sales and strategic account management experience to the automotive sector. During his tenure with BASF Corporation, Evans responsibilities encompassed identifying and solidifying new business, as well as management of strategic accounts ― including large MSOs and key distribution channels across the Western U.S. and Canada. Proving a deep understanding of the Affiliate value channels since CCG inception, Marty is responsible for membership growth, is a graduate of Ashford University.
Bob Cornelius — Vice President | Affiliate Services
A respected industry veteran, Mr. Cornelius joined CCG 2016 and provides 40-plus years of APD experience – including design, implementation and management of national DRP programs. Having held home office positions with Colonial Penn, Hartford, USAA, and Ameriprise, Cornelius’ depth in understanding of DRP network creation and management provides for a keen ability to implement CCG network strategies. Bob is responsible for CCG Affiliate services and loyalty initiatives.
Chris Sestito – Senior Vice President | Insurance Services
Mr. Sestito joined CCG in 2019 bringing with him more than 20 years of APD Claims Management experience at Safeco and Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies. During his tenure with Safeco and Liberty Mutual, Chris managed both staff appraisal and DRP teams and most recently their DRP in the western half of the country, reporting directly to the Claims AVP responsible for APD. Chris leads CCG’s Insurance Services Group and is responsible for the design and development of its strategies and continued growth of partnerships between CCG and insurance companies. Chris is a graduate of California Lutheran University.
Ernie Laky — Vice President | Procurement Services
Mr. Laky provides more than 30 years of experience in creating, negotiating and growing strategic partnership relationships within the automotive repair industry, and is responsible for the development and management of all key CCG vendor programs. Prior to joining CCG in 2016, Laky was Vice President for North America’s largest collision network for nearly two decades with responsibility for all procurement initiatives, and Standard Motor Products for nearly 14 years where he held in the same capacity.
Patrick J. Fahey — Vice President | Insurance Services
Mr. Fahey joined CCG in 2018, providing 27 years of industry property and casualty consulting experience, bringing best-in-class solutions to market. With deep domain knowledge, Fahey has developed successful networks and partnerships that yield significant value-added gains to his clients. Fahey previously held executive sales and business development positions with CCC Information Services, Processclaims.com, Wheels Inc., Equian, and Driven Brands. Patrick is a key driver of broad and deep insurance carrier relationships, responsible for ensuring the consistent value they derive from CCG’s differentiated solutions, and a is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
Kevin Cartwright – VP | Insurance Services
Mr. Cartwright joined CCG in 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience in both the collision repair and insurance industry. His proven track record in the industry includes the redesign of Liberty Mutual’s Total Loss process, leadership of USAA’s Total Loss Department, and successfully implementing a KPI driven method for USAA’s STARS Shop Management. Mr. Cartwright also has experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Progressive Insurance. He holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA, and a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, IN, where he played running back. Kevin’s role with CCG is in our Insurance Services Group, helping CCG’s affiliates expand our direct repair footprint.
Chris Chase – Vice President | Information Technology & Special Projects
Mr. Chase joined CCG in 2019, bringing 20 plus years of collision industry and insurance claims management experience. Chris has held senior Claims management positions at Farmers, The Hartford, and Wawanesa with additional claims executive experience with specialty carriers. Mr. Chase is responsible for the management of infrastructure development, claims performance-based information, SOP design enhancements, and estimate auditing. Chris is a graduate of National University and obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
Jeff Ingalls – Vice President | Marketing
Jeff joined CCG in 2019 after spending 25 years in the sports television business. He spent much of this time with ESPN covering major sporting events, feature producing and studio producing. His last tenure with the Worldwide Leader included an eight-year run producing NASCAR and the Indy 500 Pre-Race Special. His last five years prior to CCG Jeff was a Sr. Executive Producer with NBC Sports. He is now heading CCG’s marketing efforts and excited to tell our story. Jeff is a five-time Emmy Award recipient, a husband to the love of his life and father of two great kids. After a long amateur hockey career, Jeff remains active in sports as both a volunteer youth coach and aging player. He is a proud graduate of BGSU and hopes its hockey program gets back to its prominence once held in the 70’s and 80’s.
Erin Solis — Affiliate Services Director | West
Ms. Solis joins CCG in 2019 with more than 20 years of automotive collision industry experience. Erin’s proven accomplishments with top-10 P&C organizations, in collision center operations management, plus entrepreneurial performance consulting provide CCG Affiliates and partners a trusted resource. Prior to joining CCG, Ms. Solis operated Bottom Line Consulting, and previously held senior Field APD and MSO management positions with American Family, Ameriprise, Nationwide and leading regional multi-store-operators. Erin is responsible for nurturing and managing Affiliate relationships, opportunities for success, and loyalty. Erin resides in Colorado with her family and studied at both University of Northern Colorado and MSU of Denver.
Andrew Gravelin—Affiliate Services Director | East
Andrew joined CCG in 2019. He brings with him 20+ years of experience in the automotive collision industry. Andrew’s family opened a repair shop in 1951, and he jumped right into the business as a young teenager helping out wherever he could. In 2008, he left the shop to join Travelers Insurance as an Auto Appraiser. His journey took him through positions as an appraiser, appraisal manager, field trainer, and a direct repair program director. His experience with both sides of the business provides CCG Affiliates with a knowledgeable resource to help drive their business. Andrew is responsible for maintaining relationships with current affiliates, as well as being the point of contact for opportunities for success and program loyalty. Andrew resides with his wife in Maryland and is a graduate of Hartwick College. Outside of work he enjoys coaching basketball.
Michael Walker II — Director | Business Development
Mr. Walker joined CCG 2018, possesses strong connectivity within elite automotive refinish distribution channels, vast collision operator relationships, a deep undertaking of independent operator challenges and opportunities, plus a proven track record of solidifying and nurturing business relationships. Walker’s more than 15 years of operating refinish distribution outlets in the Northeast uniquely positions CCG for significant strategic growth. Michael is responsible for identifying and driving CCG affiliate network growth across the Eastern half of the U.S., as well as strategic relationship management.
Dale Nelson – Director |Business Development
Dale joined CCG in 2019 and brings 25 years in collision industry with him. His experiences have been wide and deep, including roles as an insurance adjuster, production painter, and collision center manager. He also spent 12 years with BASF, most notably as a Strategic Account Manager. Dale brings strong networking and strategy development along with a thoughtful understanding of the collision environment and its changing needs.
